The family room in the lower level is set up as a home theater. It's wired for surround sound and is an ideal location. The windows provide plenty of light, but do not reflect on the television screen. The gas stove / fireplace with its own separate thermostat will keep you warm in the winter. All new RG6 copper wiring was installed for the best possible high definition television reception in the entire house.

There is plenty of room here for a variety of uses. The room would easily accomodate a pool table if you desired. The windows let a lot of light into this lower level. This area is directly below the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It's the perfect location so there are no bedrooms above it. In this house bedrooms are on top of bedrooms and the living room is on top of the family room. It is the correct way to set up a house.

Here's another view of the family room. Out of view on the right is an area set up as a home office. There is a 220 volt outlet from the previous owner who had a tanning bed. This 24 x 24 room can serve multiple purposes.

This is the third bedroom in the lower level. It has two windows for cross ventilation if you so desire. It's a very peaceful retreat.

This is the 3/4 bathroom in the lower level. Next to the sink in the photo is the shower. On the far side of the shower is the toilet. There are two light switches in the room. One operates the vanity lights and the other turns the combination light/fan on and off. The exhaust fan is ducted outside. This is another part of our home update. The flooring is similar to the upstairs and the walls are painted to coordinate the room.

This laundry room is a generous 10' x 10' with new (2015) matching high efficiency LG washer and dryer. Also notice that the newer flooring is the same as the lower level bathroom. We did this to give continuity to the area.

This is the upper level bathroom. It has been updated with a new double under mount bowls with a granite vanity top. New faucets and drains were installed. The walls have been painted to match the fixtures . A new light has been installed above the mirror with CFL lighting. Notice the LED lighting under the cabinet to further illuminate the room and make it look as though the entire cabinet is floating. The new flooring matches the kitchen to coordinate the rooms. You can enter this bathroom from the master bedroom or hall area. I did not have room for this photo in the upper level section so I put it here.
